At SMUG, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty routine. If a product isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your beauty products in their original boxes, ensuring all seals are intact, and include the provided packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
